Do I need to prepare for my first treatment?
Before your treatment please don’t use any moisturiser or moisturising body wash on the area to be sugared.
Also, if the hair is very long it's a good idea to trim. Optimum length is about 1cm for ease of removal and your comfort.

What should I expect from my first sugaring treatment?
Everyone is different, so we will discuss your requirements and tailor the treatment to you. The area to be treated will be powdered with a talc free powder. The warm (never hot!) sugar will then be applied. Hair removal is never completely pain free, if it's your first intimate wax, it can help to take some pain relief beforehand.

What are the after care guidelines?
Between sugaring appointments it’s important to keep the sugared areas exfoliated and moisturised, although exfoliation should not be done until 24 hours after sugaring.
Also avoid
  • Perfumes
  • Scented creams/lotions
  • Deodorant if you had your underarms sugared
  • Heat, such as hot baths/steam rooms
  • Direct sunlight or tanning beds
  • Perspiration. Let this be your excuse to skip going to the gym!
